Daniela Pešková

Founder of Breathwork.cz and Corporate Breathwork methodology. A charismatic and inspiring woman with a strong intuitive ability to perceive others.

In her professional career, Daniela has been working in the field of corporate services for more than 15 years, specifically in organizing conferences and corporate events and incentive travels.

Daniela is by heart and soul a great athlete, being a multiple finisher of the Ironman races and the Utraman 515 race (10 km swim, 421 km bike, 84 km run).

She is a happy mom and a loving wife. Thanks to sport and a very demanding period with almost a year stay in the hospital after the birth of her daughter with a serious heart defect, Daniela began to systematically and intensively practice a healthy lifestyle. Part of its development is, among other things, research into the impact of respiration on children’s health and the study of healthy breathing in the work environment.

From the age of 4, she devoted herself to movement as a modern gymnast and subsequently to professional dance. She is a certified lecturer of power yoga, a practitioner of the DNS method, relaxation and breathing techniques.

Collaborates mainly with dancers, actors and busy people (businesswomen, managers, psychologists, lawyers)

She focuses on establishing overall mental and physical balance, healthy stretching, torso stabilization, working with the breath and relaxation techniques.

Physiotherapist. Athlete. Teacher at Charles University in Prague.
Musculoskeletal specialist, experienced physiotherapist with his own private
rehabilitation practice. He teaches at the Faculty of Physical Education and
Sport at Charles University – Department of Anatomy and Biomechanics, where
he also completed his doctoral studies.
He is an enthusiast for endurance cycling and all sports in general.
In his practice, he focuses mainly on the issue of the musculoskeletal system
not only for professional athletes, but also busy managers. In the past, he
worked as a physiotherapist for several professional cycling teams. He
combines top diagnostic technologies, practice with proffesional sport teams
and the study of biomechanics with an individual, authentic approach.
